Before it was anything else, it was a tool for work and daily life. Read through five lenses: business, mobility, design, engineering and global culture.
The Super Cub is remembered not for outright performance but for everyday usability. Its step-through body made it easy to get on and off, and a small four-stroke engine carried daily journeys.
It became part of the streetscape as a tool for deliveries and rounds, and in time crossed borders into daily life elsewhere. Figures such as production totals appear here only where confirmed by the manufacturer's own announcements.
